- No smoking inside the home or on the decks
- Pets are allowed. 30lb or less dogs only. A pet fee of $150 plus 12% tax is required for each pet. Only one pet allowed unless approved.
- Pool heat is available at a cost of $40 per day. Guest must notify management company of desire to heat pool at least 3 days prior to stay.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
